About the event
Most clinical research was built on male physiology and extrapolated to women as an afterthought. NRI's work went the other direction entirely; women's health has been the primary research focus for two decades, and the published evidence base reflects that.
This lab draws on that research to address cycle support and hormonal wellbeing across the lifespan. We open with NRI's published research on aromatherapy and PMS symptoms, then evaluate the findings from two different perimenopausal studies, including pre-publication previews of findings. Then we look at what all of this research means practically for the woman managing a difficult cycle, navigating perimenopause, or simply wanting something evidence-based rather than a guess.
Then you make two products built directly from that evidence.
PMS roll-on: a targeted blend formulated from the clinical literature on cycle support. Applied to pulse points and abdomen in the week before menstruation. The formula works with your physiology, not against it.
Hormonal support body oil: a 4oz lightweight oil built around the botanical evidence for broader cycle and hormonal wellbeing. Daily use, full body application, designed to become part of a consistent ritual rather than an occasional intervention.
One of the most personal classes on the Lab menu, and one of the most clinically grounded.
