WHAT IS AN OLFACTORY FLIGHT?
Think of it like a wine or whisky flight, but for botanicals. You'll work through a curated sequence of essential oils, guided by the story behind each one. Where it came from. What the research says. Why it smells the way it does. You won't just smell something new; you'll understand it. Each flight ends with a take-home oil and a card that tells its story.

All three flights are available as walk-ins or group bookings. Flight menus rotate; the Research Flight updates with new NRI publications, the Origin Flight updates after each sourcing trip, and the Rare & Exotic Flight depends on what's currently in stock.
Flight menus are not published in advance and may change without notice. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available; ask at the front desk. Group bookings guarantee your preferred flight and time.

Choose your flight
Walk in and ask what's available, or book your preferred flight for a group in advance. Each flight has a different lens: science, place, or rarity.

Work through the sequence
You'll smell each oil in order, guided by Dr. Cavanaugh or a trained NRI associate. The story behind each oil is part of the experience.

Ask everything
No question is too basic or too technical. That's what distinguishes the Lab from a spa; the science is here if you want it.

Take something home
Every flight ends with a take-home oil and a card, including citation, provenance, or story, so the experience doesn't end when you walk out.
