About the event

When the sniffles start making their way through the office or the classroom, most people reach for the drugstore. This lab gives you something better: two products built directly from NRI's published clinical research on respiratory support, made by you at the bench in two hours.

The research behind this lab is specific. Not "essential oils are good for breathing." Two actual trials, two published outcomes, two formulas that came out of them.

You'll spend the first twenty minutes on the evidence: what was studied, who the participants were, what the data showed, and why these specific oils appear in these specific formulas. Then you make both products.

Chest salve: a blend of essential oils in a natural beeswax base. Built from NRI's NAHA-partnered pediatric respiratory RCT, which documented meaningful improvements in respiratory comfort in children as young as two. Botanicals chosen for their superior pediatric safety profile and clinical performance. Applied over the sternum and upper back at the first sign of congestion.

Botanical throat spray: an essential oil blend in a water and glycerin base, sprayed directly into the throat. Based on NRI's published throat spray study, in which all chest-related symptoms fully resolved by day three in participants using the active spray, nearly twice as likely to report feeling better as the placebo group. This is the formula that makes people stop and reconsider what's possible with a botanical preparation.

Two studies. Two products. Back to school season has a clinical answer.
